By accessing this website, enrolling in any Mask Off programme, workshop, class, retreat, or service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Nature of Services

Mask Off provides performing arts training, movement-based exploration, acting workshops, performance coaching, and creative development services.

 

  • All offerings are educational, experiential, and artistic in nature.

  • Mask Off does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment.

Participation is voluntary and based on personal responsibility.

2. Eligibility

Participants must:

 

  • Be 18 years or older, or

  • Have written consent from a parent or legal guardian if under 18.

  • ​Mask Off reserves the right to refuse admission if a programme is not suitable for a participant’s current readiness or capacity.

3. Physical & Emotional Responsibility

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

 

  • Sessions may involve physical movement, emotional exploration, and expressive work.

  • You are responsible for listening to your body, setting boundaries, and communicating discomfort.

​

Mask Off is not liable for:

​

  • Injuries, emotional distress, or personal outcomes arising from participation, except where required by law.

​

Participants are encouraged to inform facilitators of relevant injuries or conditions before the programme begins.

 

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Mask Off does not guarantee:

 

  • Acting roles, casting, employment, representation, or career advancement.

  • Specific artistic or emotional outcomes.

​

Growth, insight, and skill development depend on individual engagement and practice.

​

5. Fees, Payments & Refunds

​

  • All fees must be paid in full unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in rare cases explicitly mentioned in programme-specific policies.

  • Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds or make-up classes unless stated otherwise.

Mask Off reserves the right to:

 

  • Modify schedules, venues, or faculty if required.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content created and shared by Mask Off — including:

 

  • Exercises, frameworks, methodologies, written material, videos, and workshop structures —

    are the intellectual property of Mask Off.

Participants may not:

 

  • Record, reproduce, teach, resell, or distribute material without written permission.

​

7. Participant-Created Content

​

  • Any creative work generated during sessions remains the property of the participant.

  • However, Mask Off may document sessions (photos/videos) for archival, promotional, or educational purposes.

​

If you do not wish to be documented, you must notify Mask Off in writing prior to the programme.

 

8. Confidentiality & Safe Space

Mask Off is committed to creating a respectful, confidential learning environment.

 

Participants agree to:

 

  • Not disclose personal stories or processes shared by others outside the space.

  • Maintain mutual respect and consent within group work.

Breach of confidentiality or misconduct may result in removal without refund.

 

9. Code of Conduct

Mask Off maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:

 

  • Harassment, discrimination, or abuse (verbal, physical, emotional, or sexual).

  • Disruption of the learning environment.

Facilitators’ decisions regarding conduct and participation are final.

10. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

 

  • Misuse content, branding, or intellectual property.

  • Attempt unauthorized access, copying, or data extraction.
